Great Food and Vibes, But Inflexible with Substitutions I have heard that the weekday specials here are amazing, offering great food portions at a fantastic price, but on the weekend they only serve the normal menu. The food itself is very good, and the wonton soup is absolutely amazing—five stars for that alone. However, they are not flexible at all when it comes to substitutions. I ordered a pork platter that comes with white rice and asked if I could switch it to the special fried rice and simply pay the difference. The waitress gave me a flat-out no. To make matters worse, they brought me the pork with no white rice at all, yet I was still charged for it. Since I was really craving the special fried rice, I had to order a separate regular portion. I consumed the food and enjoyed it, but management should be a little bit more flexible, especially when customers are spending their hard-earned money there. On the plus side, the place is gorgeously decorated and there is lots of space in the parking lot. It is a beautiful spot with great flavor, just don't expect them to accommodate any changes to the menu.

The Food & Price: The food itself was okay—average quality, but nothing that truly blew us away. While the overall pricing is moderate, we noticed that certain categories on the menu seem noticeably overpriced compared to similar Chinese and dim sum restaurants in the area. Service: The staff was great! The waiters were attentive, polite, and provided good service throughout our meal. Atmosphere: The ambiance and overall environment are very nice, clean, and comfortable for a casual lunch or dinner. It’s a solid 3-star experience. Good service and nice vibes, but the food-to-price ratio on some items could be better.

I was actually happy with the experience at first. The food was decent and had a Cantonese feel—especially the congee and eggplant dish. Service was attentive and coordinated, and the ambiance was peaceful and calm. It genuinely started off as a place I thought I would come back to. But there were already some things that felt off. For the lunch specials, they charged the dinner price on a Sunday ($14.95 instead of $8.95). That was strange, but I let it slide. Then in the dim sum section, they require a minimum of three plates per person. That also felt odd—like, why? It just makes you pause a bit. But the billing is where it completely fell apart. After I ordered, the price of the pork buns changed. Why? Then a random $2.00 was added. On top of that, the total was calculated incorrectly at first, and I had to point out that I was being overcharged. They corrected it, but the whole process felt sloppy and not transparent. Charges were written on a loose, unlabeled slip rather than clearly itemized. Manually calculate your bills, folks. See photos. And then… I looked into their inspection history afterwards.
